Klueless - Is it a hit?

Will it beat the records???

Last year at IRIS me n misra were the few ones who were solving klueless from the day it was launched. It was exciting and hooking. I was confused, excited, bewildered, hapless and consumed. An amazing experience it was. That day only I decided to be the creator of the next Klueless....Klueless2.

But it was a challenge of sorts. With Klueless already a hit we had to be different yet on similar lines. The idea of entangling a story with the game was brilliant and now I don't remember from where it actually came. It was a challenge and was really difficult to make levels corresponding to the story. But in the end we justified it. Each level building involved lot of inputs, rejections, remakes, retakes and testing.

We had few things in our mind one was not to repeat any of the ideas covered by Klueless or some similar game. We wanted to be original to the core as far as the concept of the levels go. It feels satisfying now as I see back at the levels, all of them are indeed unique and original.

With klueless launched the number of hits on our website has been increasing tremendously. Everyday its a record in itself. It is indeed a hit in the making. Responses are pouring in non-stop from all over the globe. The love and praise of Kluelessers has made us happy :).

Some rounds are really memorable. The "Ode to joy" level had the most impressive response. The level of playing cards was a difficult one...and it created a lot of controversy. The level of souls and doc was also an interesting one. But the most magical was the way the game came to an end. People are hungry and they wanted more levels. Its indeed breathtaking.

Figures and numbers tell it all. Today, just after 5 days of launch of Klueless2 we have 1,00,000 hits per day, it started with just 9000 on day 1. The number of people who have played/playing it is around 2000 and the number is growing fast. Comments on the official blog is 1700 and has already crossed the number of comments in last year's game (which is online since last one year while klueless2 is 5 days old). Mails are pouring in approximately every 10 seconds. Most of the comments say that this is better than the last year.

But still it is a long way to go before we can say that it is a bigger hit than any of such games (including last year's klueless)

Lets see if we make it to the top.... :)
